The SN-2515E II Glass UV Printer is a large-format digital printing device designed for rigid flat materials. Equipped with high-precision Epson industrial printheads, it achieves a maximum resolution of 1080×1440 DPI and supports both unidirectional and bidirectional printing modes. It is widely used for color printing on surfaces such as glass, metal, acrylic, wood, ceramic, stone, plastic, leather, and more.

Unlike traditional screen printing, this machine requires no plate making. It is fully computer-controlled, completing full-color images in a single pass, making it especially suitable for high-mix, low-volume customized production.

1. High‑Precision Epson Printheads for Clear and Stable Print Quality

The YS-2515E II uses Epson high‑precision industrial printheads, supporting a maximum resolution of 1080×1440 DPI. Whether for text, lines, or gradient color blocks, it delivers fine detail reproduction. The printhead technology adopts DROP ON DEMAND piezoelectric inkjet, and with both unidirectional and bidirectional printing modes, it maintains stable image quality even at high speeds or lower resolutions.

2. Large Format Printing with Maximum Output of 2500×1500 mm

The machine offers a maximum output size of 2500 mm × 1500 mm and handles media up to 100 mm thick, making it ideal for large glass panels, aluminum composite panels, wood boards, stone slabs, and more. The main frame is heat‑treated and features a triangular structure with high‑precision gantry milling, ensuring long‑term stability without deformation and maintaining consistent printing accuracy.

The machine is equipped with a fully automatic positive/negative pressure cleaning system, making operation simple while effectively maintaining printhead condition and reducing downtime caused by clogging. A two‑stage ink filtration system (5.0 μm main ink module + 20 μm pre‑head filter) ensures smooth ink flow and stable printhead performance.

5. White Ink Circulation System + Large‑Capacity Ink Supply – Ideal for Batch Production

The white ink system features main ink line circulation and ink tank stirring, controlled by software to automatically prevent ink sedimentation. The 1000 mL large‑capacity main ink tanks come with a liquid level indicator alarm, automatically alerting when ink falls below one‑third of capacity, preventing ink-out interruptions during production.
